To protect the health of our postal workers and ensure the fulfilment of our essential missions,La Poste is adapting its organization to changes in the health situation. This adaptation is carried out in constant consultation with the health authorities, occupational medicine and trade unions.

CHRONOPOST

In the context of the COVID-19 epidemic, Chronopost 's main concern is to ensure its activity as effectively as possible, while guaranteeing the safety of its teams and customers. To this end, various measures have been put in place.

To date, Chronopost continues to collect and deliver parcels. Following the closure of many post offices and Pickup relays, home deliveries, safe deliveries (to your neighbor, under the garden table...) and letterbox deliveries are to be preferred via Predict.

In the event of absence, we will systematically ask for a second presentation before delivery.
